It’s beautifully kept both inside and the grounds and parking. A great deal of TLC has gone into everything about the property.

Breakfast was generous - and fresh fruit was lovely. For evening meals, the Kings Arms is a short walk away, and does good beer and decent pub food. For an alternative to pubs, try the Salty Bay Pizza place, a couple of miles away, and very nice pizza and salad

The place is comfortable, clean, cosy, and the hosts are incredibly nice, helpful, flexible. Would definitely return.

Beautiful view of the bay from behind a breakwater. This is a quaint place that has been recently renovated to add modern bathroom and basic conveniences in the room. The restaurant and pub are nice and the staff is fantastic. The food was excellent. There is a patio facing the bay where you can eat or drink watching the water.

Graham is an interesting host with lots B of stories to share. The ensuite bathroom was one of the best I have experienced. “B” prepared excellent breakfast. The whole place speaks of quality.

The beautifully landscaped property was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were beautiful as well as comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Our host was welcoming and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed for a week and we have to say this is probably the best place we have stayed. The hospitality was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast every morning was amazing! Our room was lovely and spacious and the bed was lovely and comfortable and we also had views of the beautiful gardens.

Great location in the centre of this lovely village near the harbour. We were two friends sharing a very attractive family room with 2 beds a sofa, desks and a big tv. Nice to have so much room. Good base for hiking a beautiful section of the Coast Path.

The staff is outstanding making us immediately part of the family. They remembered what we liked for breakfast amongst other special treatments. The rooms are fresh and bright some overlooking the river. Onsite pub offers good food and fun. Location couldn’t be better, right on the quay. We will return to this place as it offers the perfect chance to enjoy our favorite Cornish village
