After one year we came back ...we love this place!! Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, though it was a little be small for three people with luggage. The pub located on the ground floor was great and all the staff were lovely and helpful. We had full English breakfast every morning and lunch once. It was easy to reach Sheffield centre with a tram-train from Attercliffe stop or Arena stop just a 6 minute walk from the hotel. We all fell in love with Stella ...a friendly dog living at the pub!

I left my phone charger there, and the staff called me up after I checked out, and saved the phone charger for me - very kind of them and I really appreciated it!

Absolutely loved my stay in this guest house. Had the most warm welcome and they made sure i had everything i needed for my stay. The staff was the most lovely.

This is a homely place. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and warm. I stayed on a Saturday night, so I treated myself to Sunday lunch. What fabulous homemade food at such a good price! I highly recommend this place for a taste of authentic Yorkshire hospitality. It's a yes from me.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean and quiet. I had everything I needed; I did not use the kitchen, but it was very nice. The value is very great because you get a lot for the price. I would just say that the walk to Sheffield Hallam University is about 23 minutes. I think I would stay here again.
