I love the location close to the Ruamahanga River. Our hosts allowed us a late check-out which gave me time to pop down to the river and catch a number of trout on the fly rod before our departure. We enjoyed walking around the garden, tasting some of the wines and learning more about recent vintages and characteristics the region for wines.

The ambience was lovely and it was a very short walk into town. Breakfast supplies were excellent, the bed was comfortable, and we liked having the lounge/dining area as well as the spacious bedroom. We would stay there again.

Great wee cottage for our stay in Greytown and nice and close to Featherston for our grandsons wedding. Very comfortable.
