Cool place - great service and hospitality

What an incredible place to stay! It’s the ultimate escape—so quiet and serene. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, and the room is immaculate. The bathroom has everything you could possibly need, and there’s a delightful coffee station and a fridge at your fingertips! In the morning, they whip up a fantastic breakfast, and you can enjoy some great conversation before hitting the road. It's the perfect way to start your day!

Just spent the night before catching the ferry . Clean quiet place with secure parking. Loved how close to down town, easy walk to restaurants and grocery store.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the charming Kippilaw House. Bill and Margaret are wonderful, welcoming hosts, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The delicious, three-course breakfast provided was the best we had in New Zealand, and Margaret graciously accommodated my dietary preferences!

Keith & Delwyn’s apartment is just fantastic! It located in picturesque Anakiwa. Anakiwa is convenient to Havelock and Picton (for groceries, excusions, etc.) and it’s so peaceful with endless views of water and mountains. It’s also very close to the Queen Charlotte track. We started our day hike from the apartment in the morning and had a water taxi pick us up in Mistletoe Bay in the afternoon. The apartment has everything you need, including an air fryer in lieu of an oven. And Keith and Delwyn are lovely, friendly hosts. They offered us very helpful suggestions of things to do and see. Thank you Keith and Delwyn!

Rhonda is a lovely host. I felt very comfortable at the BNB and enjoyed the beautiful artwork in the space, as well as the bell birds singing in the garden. This is a charming spot in a very quiet neighborhood in Waikawa. I would come again!

Great indoor and outdoor space with the unit. It was full of charm and character. Owners were really helpful and communicative.
