Evry single thing, i LOVE about Santos Mattos, there are NOT a single thing i can complain about it. At Santos Mattos we feel real VIP as we are,.. the administration, Miguel e Inês..keep it that way, you both toguether are the best team, you made me feel one more time very confortable, my stay in Portugal Lisbon area was and it will be always with you. Loved the staff and food! Breakfast is included they had a decent selection and a great coffee machine. Accommodated extra pillows when we asked. Shared bathrooms cleaned three times a day. Right beside the train station which will take you directly to Sintra or Rossia station! Priced reasonable and we would stay here again. Research the public transit if you stay here it’s much faster than Uber and don’t be afraid to ask the train desk agents for assistance.

We liked everything about this property. Location is great. The metro is very close. Everything was clean very well organized. The host was amazing and very responsive to all our needs. Our room had a balcony which we enjoyed very much. I recommend this apartment and we will stay here again.

The host Helen offered such good service and were always super helpful. She went above and beyond.The bedroom was perfect for me. Super clean, had everything I needed and a massive plus for an international power plug adaptor to charge my phone. Very close to the airport and the area is lovely as well. 10/10 for my needs!
