It is very comfy little family hotel. The room is very spacious for families. Waterpark is very good and big . Kids really enjoyed. Activities are very good. There are good bays nearby to swim. Even nissi beach is very close by. Protaras is very nice.even starbucks is very nearby. I highly recommend to families with kids. Also the population was very nice. There were very nice families.kids make friends easily.the staff was also nice.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Very good breakfast, nice pool bar. 5 min walk from the Fig Tree beach and the bar restaurant strip is around the corner. Plenty of parking. Nice renovated shower. Microwave and stove top in the kitchen.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making everything super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and enjoyable place to stay.

The Place was clean and comfortable. The host was charming and very helpful.

The location was great...close to the beach and a great coffee shop. Grounds were well-maintained. The Kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were comfortable, and unbelievably, the one-bedroom apartment had 3 balconies. The apartment was very pretty, and there are even clothes lines with clothes pins on the balcony, and a washer on the premises (not in the apartment itself). There was plenty of hot water. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We were there in November and it was quiet enough to leave the windows open and hear the surf, although I suspect that the area would be noisier during the summer months.

The pool area is stunning. Good for a lazy day beside the pool and also a brilliant shaded area. The bar staff are incredible as well and the rooms are fantastic. So comfy and an uncreate price

I originally booked to stay at Seagul apartments because of it's cheap price and spacious swimming pool. I was contacted via telephone a few days later from the hotel to inform me that due to seagul apartments being currently renovated and not opened yet, i would be upgraded to a sister hotel named Papantonia Hotel, with Breakfast ( i hadn't booked with breakfast ) . This was a very pleasant upgrade and it is very professional coming from them. Papantonia Hotel was amazing as it was also newly renovated, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was so welcoming , from the reception, to management, to the bar staff . Special thanks to Andreas at the bar he is an amazing guy . I would definitely recommend staying at Papantonia hotel.

The location, friendly staff, cleanliness and all the necessities! I’ll definitely stay at Leucolla’s again for my next vacation in Cyprus! At first I wanted an accommodation with a pool but yeah, the apartment was 3min walk away from the Figtree bay so it was even better than having a pool! Plus, thank you again Nectarios and his mum(? for the warm welcome and recommendations in the area such as restaurants and bays :)) Really enjoyed the stay!

Spyros is an amazing host and clearly invests a lot into his beautiful property. He is very pleasant to interact with and eager to be helpful! He checked in with our group throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. He also gave me some local contacts to use for our outings - We were very pleased! I hope to have more opportunities to stay here again! We loved the location - serene and picturesque, yet close enough to Protaras and Aiya Napa for activities. The jeeping company we used picked us up from the property and drove us straight into the adjacent hills and coast. One day we even walked 1-1.5 hours to Green Bay and back. Absolutely fabulous stay!

nearby there is a Lidl store and a local shop where you can buy the necessary things to make your own food, because the apartment has everything it should have
