Vacation Rentals in Bakewell

Very clean, great location, comfortable sitting area, laundry facilities available, automatic gated entrance. There were six of us and we were pleased with our 2 nights stay at Haddon Grove Farm Cottages. A couple of us went for walks in the area, which is beautiful.

The location was perfect! I was here for a small, relaxing getaway in the countryside, as I've been living in a busy city in Spain working as an instructor while completing my PhD dissertation. I couldn't have found a better spot for that. It's right on a walking/cycling/riding trail in the heart of the Peak District. It's easy to get to any of the nearby towns from there. Plus, the room was charming and cozy, with plenty of cushions on the bed and a small tea/coffee station. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into decorating it and making sure guests would feel welcome. Also, lastly, I can't forget to mention the amazing breakfasts served at the café! I could go on and on about the waffles, scones, and eggs benedict. In addition, the staff was incredible and always welcoming.

The location is perfect, right in the city heart, place is tidy and comfortable with all amenities. Highly recommended for short and even longer stays.

The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It was really beautiful and peaceful, so quiet and had everything we needed. You can hear the church bells and it’s just a short walk into Bakewell. Staff very responsive. Highly recommend bus 170 to Chatsworth or the train station, it’s very affordable and a beautiful ride

Very well furnished, lots of kitchen equipment, cutlery, plates etc. Nice to have milk, bread, wine and a sweet treat on arrival. Lovely log burner with plenty of wood.

Lovely cosy, and welcoming house with great decor and a delicious breakfast. Perfect location in Bakewell for Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.

I like old style pubs and this was old style the food was lovely and good valve for money .Staff was lovely and helpful when needed will stop again

Lovely modern clean and comfortable apartment in great location. Bakewell is a great town to visit and explore from.

Really high-end fittings. Quality knives, crockery, and facilities. Very comfortable bed. Very well laid out for the available space. Able to get it very cost with the log burner on a very cold night. Little welcome extras, which are a lovely touch. Very attentive host.

Beautiful decor and very comfortable and homey. A very short walk into the village center. I contacted the host to let her know some lights were not working 100%. It was no problem but she came around right away to fix. The bath tub is lovely! Lovely property. Will definitely return.

The cottage was just perfect for what we needed ,the decor was wonderful & welcoming with comfortable furnishings and the surrounds of the farm land was so peaceful, a wonderful stay …

The location was perfect! We loved being able to walk into town throughout the day. The space also had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids loved all of the games in the living room. The rooms were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Fabulous little cottage. We were only there for 3 days as we were doing the Cancer Research Peak District Marathon Hike. There’s a lovely little hotel pub that serves great food 5 minutes walk from the cottage and Bakewell is only 10 minutes in the car. Plenty to see and do in a beautiful area.
