Property info

Avenue House is a fantastic grit stone property. Occupying a large corner plot, on the corner of the private cul-de-sac, The Avenue. Avenue House boasts six generous letting rooms, which have been stylishly decorated and offer a very comfortable standard of accommodation. There is off road parking at the Avenue and the property benefits from been in easy walking distance to the center of Bakewell. Avenue House is across the road from the picturesque Bakewell Park and has lovely views over the woods towards Chatsworth and Rowsley. At Avenue House we aim to offer a relaxed and informal stay, but we are always on hand to offer assistance should you need it. Breakfast is served on site bewteen 8.30am - 10am

Bakewell is a traditional market town in the heart if the Peak District. There is plenty to do in the area and Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are only a few miles away. Bakewell has a busy town center, with a selection of shops, pubs and cafes. Bakewell is ideally suited to those who want a break from rushing around, the pace of life is definitely relaxed and the beautiful Derbyshire countryside is the ideal place to unwind
