Haddon Grove Farm Cottages are a hamlet of 10 award-winning cottages on gated grounds just outside the historic market town of Bakewell. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park, the cottages are set amongst three acres of beautiful private countryside with views over Lathkill Dale NNR. Gone are the barns and stables – in their place you’ll find stunning accommodation with English country cottage décor and spades of original character. Wallow in the range of on-site facilities, enjoyed by all of the farm’s guests. You’ll find a glorious leisure centre within the tranquil settings, offering a shared indoor heated swimming pool (open 7am to 10pm daily) and games room (pool table, table tennis). You have shared use of the grounds with plenty of outdoor seating and built in barbecue areas. The open field has football nets, badminton facilities and the space to gather the family for a cricket tournament. There's also a communal laundry room, secure bike shed and boot room with walking maps and guides.

Set among the rolling valleys and peaks of Derbyshire, the cottages are perfect if you’re looking for fresh air and fine walks. Dovedale one of the most beautiful valleys in England with its famed stepping stones is not to be missed. Or venture a little further into the Peak District for more adventurous hikes. The beautiful, historic market town of Bakewell, home of the world famous Bakewell Pudding, is three miles offering a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and a market every Monday. Of course, the Peak District isn’t just idyllic scenery and rolling hills. Explore the mysterious caverns of Castleton, the elegant spa town of Buxton or enjoy the many stately homes on offer including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall, to mention a few. Appealing to children in particular, exciting theme parks, spectacular caverns and nearby Matlock Farm Park provide plentiful entertainment, come rain or shine.
