Church Barn offers a unique opportunity to stay in a newly converted Derbyshire barn overlooking the stunning Lathkill Dale in the peaceful village of Over Haddon. Award winning pub The Lathkil, Chatsworth House, Bakewell and of course Lathkill Dale on your doorstep this tiny house has it all! So if it’s cycling, walking, sight seeing or relaxing Church Barn is the perfect base.

Located on the descent to Lathkill Dale in the peaceful village of Over Haddon opposite St Anne’s Church the walks and cycling routes are breathtaking, plentiful and suitable for all levels. Bakewell is less than 2 miles away which also boasts The Monsal Trail alongside many shops and pubs. The award winning Lathkil Hotel is in the village and for more sight seeing days Chatsworth House and Haddon House are on the doorstep. Lots to explore and many ways to do it all within easy reach. Church Barn has private off road parking for 2 cars offering electric car charging point and secure bike shed, any form of transport is catered for.
