Our delightful semi-detached barn conversion is set within a pretty courtyard in the centre of Over Haddon village, close to Bakewell in the Peak District National Park. Our beautifully decorated and furnished cottage will ensure you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Don your walking boots and explore the Lathkill Dale to find the 'blue lagoon'. There are many attractions in driving distance including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Matlock, Castleton and Alton Towers to name but a few. One set of towels and bedlinen are included in this Holiday Home. Children are welcome at Unicorn Cottage, and a travel cot can be provided upon request. However due to the half height bannister in the mezzanine bedroom upstairs, we do not recommend this bedroom for sleeping children under the age of 8 years. The mezzanine bedroom is restricted headlight, due to its location in the eaves of our period cottage. Parking is free on the roadside, on the quiet village streets surrounding the courtyard.

The village of Over Haddon is quaint, picturesque and offers direct access to the Nature reserve of the Lathkill Dale. With its excellent country pub, the village provides the ideal base to explore the Peak District, Bakewell is only two miles away, offering a good selection of pubs, shops and cafes.
