There are many great reviews about the hotel, and they capture everything. The design is cool, it's a massage for the eyes. The customer-oriented service is excellent. We had a small issue with our room, and the hotel resolved it even before we had a chance to bring it up. That's rare and really valuable. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is decorated with taste and has lots of small details - very beautiful! The staff is really friendly and always willing to help with everything and go above and beyond while doing so! The hotel itself is pretty small (only 3 floors), therefore it is a real home away from home :) The breakfast deserves a separate mention because it was simply delicious and had lots of options, we enjoyed it a lot! Bangkok can get really busy (even at night) and if you are looking for a quieter place away from the main streets' noise, then Bangkok Hansa House is the place to be :)

I loved my stay here. The family that run the hotel are lovely people and they keep the place so clean and tidy - you can tell they put a lot of soul into it. Location is central, and the kitchen with free water was nice to have. Morning coffee with a view of the canal in and a cat sitting on your lap was a highlight ☺️ can’t wait to come back!

I loved the natural ambiance of this hotel, the perfect place to unwind and recharge before a flight after the busy days in Bangkok. The peaceful atmosphere made the stay especially relaxing. A massive shout out to all the staff as well. Everyone was incredibly lovely, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Truly wonderful hospitality. Location is also good, close to a mall & night market for a quick shopping.

I really enjoyed the stay. Newly built apartments, sparkling clean, very convenient. Staff changed my towels the following day and everyone was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
