I found the people who worked in the hotel that greeted me when I arrived and departed were very helpful and kind. They really were lovely. The bed was amazing and the thoughtful gluten free brownie upon arrival was also delicious.

Location was great, good value for money. Got what you paid for. Very friendly staff! Good carvery and very reasonable.

We stayed for two nights for a wedding nearby and the staff at The Brick Kilns were so hospitable. We enjoyed several meals (dinner and two breakfasts) and the food and service at both were great. Two friends staying nearby even came to join us and they also had a great time.

Decor, spaciousness and availability of utensils

I loved everything about my stay at the Unique Studio Apartments: its location, facilities and comfort. The apartment is so well equipped: oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, etc. And to top it off, Em, the host, is incredibly warm, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to stay there again soon.

Lovely room in gorgeous location, convenient and perfect

Our stay was perfect. It was a quick visit for our family to visit our son who was studying in Norwich. We were able to easily walk from the train station to the hotel. The nearby bus took us into downtown Norwich. We did not have breakfast here so I can't comment. They allowed us to store our luggage since our train timing did not match with the check out, and the room was ready early for us when we arrived. Great stay!

Our stay was exceptional. We had a warm friendly welcome, and parking was easy and convenient. Our room had a riverside view and was well equipped and very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast excellent value, great choice and excellent quality. Every need was met and we were extremely happy with our choice. We can't wait to book back and start again!
