A lovely hotel. I have stayed many times. Great location, well appointed rooms and great facilities.

This is an ideal place if you need to fly out early in the morning, a very quiet place despite the fact that it is an airport

The hotel was convenient. The bed was comfortable, and enough space to move around. The staff were friendly when I even lost one of the room cards. As others said in the review or on the hotel site itself, it was indeed a quiet place to rest if you are someone who is not fond of the noise outside. I will surely recommend anyone who wants a peaceful night.

Loved the whole vibe and decor of this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the bartender at the bar was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Friendly Staff, Reasonable Price

Location, room, floor, service, staff kindness, and the overall check-in and check-out process were all excellent—everything was smooth and seamless. The check-in process took less than three minutes, which was impressive. The location was ideal, right next to the Clifton cable car. The twin beds were perfectly comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping team was attentive and genuinely cared about our requests. During check-in, we received a warm welcome along with some lovely treats, which made it feel like coming home. After a long flight and several transport connections, I unfortunately can’t recall the name of the staff member who checked us in, but she truly exemplified outstanding hospitality. Breakfast service was highly professional, with staff offering assistance promptly, even before we needed to ask. Check-out was just as smooth. It was sad to leave, but this is a stay we will definitely remember, and we look forward to returning. Ngā mihi nui. Ka kite anō.

Excellent communication with the hosts from when I booked to check-out. It was the perfect location for seeing the sights of Wellington and so near to the action of Cuba Street. Not once during my four night stay did I want for anything, all amenities and more were provided. Highly recommend!

Lots of comfortable spaces to hang out in and relax Big kitchen and dining area with space for your items in fridge and freezer Privacy curtains were great so I could have reading light on and not wake roommates All girl dorm was lovely and had a very good hot shower with nice shower products provided in ensuite Luggage room available so to not worry about leaving larger bags in the car Reception was fantastic and gave amazing recommendations for places to visit on my trip to the Cape to see lighthouse and lots of seals

Lovely spacious room with all the amenities we needed - including the kitchen, dining table, and washing machine and dryer. We had a really comfortable few days here. The hotel is clean and modern.
