The location and access to the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We came without our daughter and have flagged it as a good place to stay with her if we come back to Melbourne. It has a great playground in the hotel.

Property was perfect for me. When you travel alone, the way you are treated by the staff becomes more front and center. The staff at the hotel was helpful and cheerful. They knew I was concerned about the construction next door and made sure my room was away from it. They went the extra mile to give me a wonderful room. Maria, the woman who took care of my room, was excellent.

Loved this hotel, the decor, the greenery, the facilities, the margaritas at the crane bar, the sauna and pool - I was sad to leave! We stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert and the location for this was exceptional.
