Grenfell Hall is a beautiful Edwardian home build in 1907, and while its had morphed into a Roman Catholic convent during the 50s, Warwick has returned it to its former glory. The furnishings are sumptuous, the shared bathroom modern and functional and close to our room, and the art and detail made us feel like royalty. The balcony overlooks nicely kept gardens and trees - and its all a short stroll from Grenfell's main street. A wonderful stop thats well worth a small premium.

Great as a stop in a longer road trip of western NSW.

Great as a stop in a longer road trip of western NSW. Grenfell seems to be in a downturn many businesses in the main street have closed. I hope that the town receives a new life soon. But the town needs investors to reopen businesses in the street.

Grenfell Hall is a majestic old building which had once been a convent. Warwick gave us a very warm welcome and our bedroom was very large with a four poster bed and adjoining bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable and had a wonderful old world charm about it. There was a substantial continental breakfast the next morning with various cereals, yoghurt, stewed fruit and bread for toasting as well as an array of teas. We would highly recommend a stay here. Great town to stop over night in.

Great town to stop over night in. The Silo Art, antique shops and friendly locals made it a fabulous getaway. Best coffee from Spannerman Cafe. Best breakfast from Grenfell Local Fuels & Cafe (trust me, it's brilliant and the price is extremely cheap. Great meals for either lunch or dinner from The Criterion. Lovely courtyard out the back. Short drive to other local towns and attractions.

A small quiet town within reach of the Weddin Hills and interesting landscape and historic sites. Very quiet roads which make travelling easy. Some lovely old heritage buildings in the town and the painted silos are a must see as they are quite spectacular.
