From the ease of 24hr check in to newly rennervated rooms with all that you will need. Communication from owners was spot on For business, wifi was excellent and a spacious area for those work needs. Very comfortable setting and highly recommend. Close to Town with all the services that you will need from shops and restaurant. Tim Tam in the fridge was a nice touch.

The town is very pretty and has some beautiful heritage...

The town is very pretty and has some beautiful heritage buildings, it is close to the wineries, it is close to some stunning areas in the Gold fields, and other beautiful towns. WE had dinner at the Station restaurant in the actual station, and the meal was really nice, the wines were great and we had a lovely meal. As we were there for a weekend getaway we only had the one meal.

So much to see and experience in and around Maryborough. Wineries, Food, sightseeing, history. Something for everyone. And of course beautiful, welcoming accommodation for all tastes and requirements.

A wonderful heritage town with all modern facilities.

A wonderful heritage town with all modern facilities. People could not have been friendlier. The town is an easy 2hr drive from Melbourne on a freeway and then a scenic road. An added bonus is the Paramount theatre to take in a movie after a day of sight-seeing.

Wasn’t there long enough to give an educated opinion on the town but it seems filled with lovely old buildings and interesting shops in the middle of country Victoria. We ate at a magnificent hotel built in Victorian times called the Bull and Mouth. Renovated so beautifully and a top class hotel with excellent service

The Bull and Mouth is great for breakfast catering to various dietary requirements Bristol Hill tower is also worth a look the views of town and surrounding areas are great and only a 10min walk from Junction Motel

I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this...

I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this property. Our experience was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, felt unsafe - especially as I was staying with my children. When we arrived, we found that the glass panel at the front door was broken. Instead of being properly repaired, it had simply been covered with a cardboard cereal box. This meant that anyone could have easily gained access to the property day or night. As a parent, this was completely unacceptable, and we felt very uneasy throughout our stay. There were also cigarette butts scattered around the front door area, which created a poor first impression and made the property feel unclean and very poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the hot water system was working so poorly, there was no hot water for showers or even to full the sink for dishes. This caused significant inconvenience, particularly with children for a three-day stay. When I raised the issues with the owner, they were difficult to deal with and unwilling to offer any reasonable compensation or take responsibility for the problems. The lack of concern for guest safety and comfort was extremely disappointing. I have multiple children who play squad-level sports, so I book accommodation via these platforms multiple times a year and have never had a negative experience like this. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families.

I had a lovely relaxing stay with my dog. The area is very quiet. The front and back yards are fully enclosed for dogs. The cooling was fine in the 40 degree weather and the bed was super comfy. Maryborough is just gorgeous and I'm glad I got to stay in a miners cottage. I would like to win lotto and buy this cottage. I hope to come back, thank you.

We were in Maryborough for Energy Breakthrough. The location of the Motel is local to the town and the event where we needed to be every morning for our time in Maryborough. The room was clean and inviting. The weather was warm so we got to use the aircon which worked quite well. Bar fridge to store our drinks to keep cool was handy.

Lovely and clean with extra service's like fresh milk when you check in, and specific towel for makeup removal. Also remotes had hygienic covers so very clean. Owner was super helpful and knowledgeable about Maryborough and recommended some eateries and things to do.

Friendly and helpful host. Room interesting, comfortable and very clean. Location is great in the centre of Maryborough but still very quiet. Continental breakfast was nice. Shower and heating good. I definitely recommend this property. We'll be staying again.
