Location was great. Beautiful view over sea with lovely sea breezes (5-10 min walk to beach down path at end of road or via boat ramp). Comfy bed in main room. Even though there were some negatives which still enjoyed our stay.

It was gorgeous! Clean, modern, well appointed and so beautifully quiet!! Easy run into Wooli and Minnie Water too.
