I stayed at Mercure Pakenham for one night from June 14th to June 15th and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and amenities. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and I would recommend it to others looking for accommodation in Pakenham.

Loved the theme and the attention to detail. It was very clean and well maintained. The mixture of adult fun and relaxing after care. The outdoor bath and fire was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views and location.

Carmel is an friendly and courteous host. There have been ample amount of thoughts and heart put in this property. The rooms and garden are well decorated. Plenty of small toys and books for kids. Plenty of option for continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

Pakenham is a lovely place unfortunately this property was very poor and dissapointing . The photos of this house are not true the furniture was very old and disgusting the en suite toilet was unuseable as it was blocked,beds were uncomfortable and old. Bedding was aweful .no top sheets or doonas,towels were itchy and old ,couldnt use the washing machine or dryer they were filthy and the carpets were dirty and stained. Air con has issues not working properly.AND THE OVEN AND DISHWASHER WERE STINKING.To be honest to others DONT STAY IN THIS HOUSE ITS A DISGRACE. I have worked as a cleaner for Air BNB and i know what people expect for the amount that they pay for their stay. These people dont care about their own property as long as they can RIP YOU OFF.

Pakenham is quite a rough area , they do have lots of shops...

Pakenham is quite a rough area , they do have lots of shops cafes and pubs but it’s very unnerving to travel at night , we were only there for 2 nights as we came down for a 40th birthday and we were really happy to leave as In those 2 night we had two scary experiences, it used to be a great place but not anymore

The Mercure Hotel Pakenham is a great place to stay and is...

The Mercure Hotel Pakenham is a great place to stay and is within easy reach of the town Centre. Unfortunately, the restaurant area is closed and is undergoing ongoing renovations, the Cardinia Club next door is a great alternative which is a short stroll away. Overall the room and the bathroom was great and is well appointed.

Clean. Friendly.

Clean. Friendly. Would book again if I happened to be in the area. I live in rural NSW, so unlikely to be in the area again however, you never know and if I was I would book again. Just get a little residents bar area for a quiet drink and snack over having to go to the Cardinia Club, which is basically fully of people sitting in front of Pokies.

The Hotel was in a very central location.

The Hotel was in a very central location. It was easy to find even amongst all the road works. Very modern and clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a huge variety on offer. Check in and out was easy
