Nothing, it was outstanding from check in to check out. The spa upstairs on the rooftop is fabulous. My suite was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

Enjoyed walking around the Springwood area. Lots of nice shops to look at and many places to have breakfast and lunch etc... The area has a very nice ambience. It was clean and other people we saw seemed friendly.

Springwood is an interesting, vibrant little country town...

Springwood is an interesting, vibrant little country town with excellent dining options. The people are friendly and there's a mix of retirees, hippies and random old men. The tattoo studio there is incredible if that's your thing, and I ate at The Bunker and Blue Sky Chinese, both venues had top notch food. Easy to walk everywhere, there are all the amenities and gift shops you could ask for.
