Beautifully renovated rooms, comfortable beds, security gates,and accommodated for my request of a ground floor room, very close the venue we needed to attend. Would definitely stay here again. No noise from Hotel next door.

Great spot located beside Box Hill Central. Convenient drop off point inside the building. Staff was friendly and helpful, both at the reception and when assisting with an in-room enquiry. The room itself was clean, comfortable and spacious for 2. The restaurants downstairs was a bonus! My visiting parents who stayed there didn't use the facilities, but I can see myself coming here for a staycation with the family.

Wantirna is a regular outer suburb of a large city.

Wantirna is a regular outer suburb of a large city. There's nothing especially good or bad about the general location, but it's only worth booking if you want to be in that area. We really enjoyed the coffee, food and ambience at Bean King Cafe in the local shops...

Room was nice, really good price, great to have a balcony with nice view of the Dandenong Ranges. Bed was comfy, bathroom nice, and staff were really lovely. Only thing I could fault was just the shower pressure was really bad and slow, needed alot stronger water pressure. Otherwise, overall very happy and will definitely stay there again😊

Good location, easy to get too, comfy bed, relatively clean, heating OK, free off street parking. Only problem was noisy restaurant next door. We are expected to be quiet after 10pm, maybe management could tell the restaurant to tone down their noise down after 10pm!

The location was alright for our purpose.

The location was alright for our purpose. The door into the outside green area was jammed. The room was clean to the adequate stage. Any backpacker would be more than happy with this accommodation.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment #808 at a cost of $245...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment #808 at a cost of $245 for the night last night Sat 13/4/24. We are extremely disappointed that there were unfinished repairs happening both inside and outside the apartment. The apartment was smelly (wet, mould smell) and cold with a draught coming from the open wall. We were not told in advance of any maintenance works and were not offered any compensation for this. The apartment was definitely not at the standard to be charging the full price with these incomplete works. I will be leaving a very negative review due to lack of communication and the fact that we were still charged the full price for our stay. Extremely disappointing.

The area itself we didn't explore as we were there solely for a family catch up. We can say there was a very authentic Chinese Restaurant very close by called Duck Pier which the food was divine and a large shopping complex over the road for those that love shopping!
