The location was amazing. Very central to everything. The room was modern and very clean. Very quiet, excellent soundproofing in rooms. Parking was free with excellent access. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful surprise at the end of our journey in Queensland to have the absolute pleasure of staying in the Ancient Gardens Guesthouse and Botanical Gardens. The accommodation was beautiful and the host was amazing :) We lounged in the pool during the day looking out over the view, watching the birds flit through the trees. We sat out at night and watched a storm roll through the hills across the valley from our spot in the spa pool. Our room was stunning and we had the best sleeps. The delicious pizza from Bella Vista down the road in the Mapleton township was just the ticket to bring back for a movie in the cinema room. Getting to meet the baby kolas Rachel was fostering was a special treat! I so enjoyed our time staying here and it really made our holiday.

Some amazing shops in Woombye.

Some amazing shops in Woombye. Of particular note - the fashion shop 'Evolution' is an absolute Must See!!! Woombye Pub had great meals and excellent service. The town is literally only 30 minutes max from the Sunshine Coast beaches - including North Shire Beach which is a dog off-leash beach that pooches absolutely love, minutes away from the Big Pineapple.

My favourite Italian restaurant was open.

My favourite Italian restaurant was open. So a hot pizza on a cold night made all the difference to our stay. The local store has a great variety of foods for snacks or dinner and then it's nice just to walk around and explore the town.

As we travelled for work and only stayed the night not sure about activities around the area. It was very convenient for us and the work we were there for. The staff member was awesome, friendly polite and very helpful. We loved the little courtyard!!

We used Woombye as a base to go up and down the coast.

We used Woombye as a base to go up and down the coast. Highly recommend Mary Cairncross reserve in Maleny if you have inquisitive children. They had a rainforest exhibition on with many facts and citations about who lives in the rainforest. If it’s public holidays remember to get dinner early as restaurant/take away can be closed and groceries shut 5/6pm.

A beautiful, lush part of the world.

A beautiful, lush part of the world. A quiet oasis on the Sunshine Coast, close to all amenities but away from busy roads, lots of people. Lovely little country town with access to nearby bigger centres.

The cottages are well maintained and clean and the property offered privacy and beautiful surrounds, lots of birdsong in the mornings made it feel very tranquil. Close to Eumundi markets and the Ginger factory and other local attractions Easy access to local Woombye shops and pub - great food and atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

A short walk to sweet little village with a few lovely cafes to chill. The local pub lounge offers yummy meals in the evening. Woombye is a quiet and relaxed country town with the lovely friendly Queensland vibe!
