Great location to national park, super friendly staff that spoke great English, clean

Excellent customer service, large, comfortable rooms, very attentive to extra requests, etc. It was very well located, near to the natural park.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

The property is just amazing, beautiful rooms, spectacular landscape and on the top of that, Li (the owner) is just the best. Ex tour guide and pure local, he knows everything around. He is happy to help you anytime without asking anything. Honestly we couldn’t expect more than what we did.

The view and all. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The itinerary that Kim gave us made our Zhangjiajie trip smooth and convenient.

Location is awesome, with good view and close to enough for the park. The room is well designed and pretty big. The host will help for you and they arrange tickets and taxi .We really appreciated the included breakfast, offered shuttle service to park entrance to making it easy for us to get there each morning.

The hotel is fantastic! The room is spacious and very clean. the breakfast is delicious, and there's even a self-service laundry room, which is super nice for trip. In the early morning, Great breakfast is a well start for exploring the park. The staff are always ready to help—they arranged our national park tickets, transportation, free shuttle to park, which was incredibly convenient. There are many store and restaurant nearby hotel. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel; we were completely satisfied with everything.
