What I liked about the hotel: Cleanliness Room size Location Surrounding views Health spa Suggestion for improvement: 1/ The concierge was staffed solely by a petite female employee, who was tasked with assisting guests with heavy luggage. For operational efficiency and guest comfort, it may be beneficial to ensure adequate support for physically demanding tasks. 2/ In addition, only one staff member was assigned to the front desk, managing check-ins, phone calls, and in-house guest inquiries simultaneously. This setup appeared inefficient and may impact service quality. 3/ Lastly, the buffet restaurant staff could benefit from enhanced customer service training, as their demeanor came across as unfriendly.
