Location was right next to Luoyang Longmen Station. Also, it was right in between Longmen Grottoes and the city center, so we could easily reach both. The staff was really helpful and even gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast was also decent.

The staff was very helpful (Through a translation app) and directed me to a fantastic place for a massage. They let me check out late and were very friendly. The location was fantastic - a 2 minute walk to the most popular sights! The breakfast had several options and there is a full bar in the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the room was very clean, I highly recommend this hotel.

Location, comfort, helpful staff.

Stayed in this hostel for 2 nights. The room price is reasonable for a twin sharing room. Strategic location right next to metro station with a minute walk. Room is spacious cum with kettle, tea and coffee.Free wifi. Free breakfast with plenty of choices for Chinese local but minimal for western breakfast type. We are allowed to put our luggage in the baggage storage room after check out in the hotel and return to collect it back.

I’m like the simplicity design but yet comfy and functional. Laundry room is a plus, got fresh and clean clothes everyday. My room and common area are sparkly clean. Staffs, especially, are very helpful and professionally. They generously packed a breakfast box for my early outing. I definitely recommend this place.

The room was quite good and met the standard you would expect from a Hilton property. However, what impressed me the most was the service. Last night there was very heavy snowfall, and I was extremely hungry. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with the food delivery apps here and cannot read Chinese. Two night-shift staff members, Kiki and Vicky Ma, went above and beyond to help me. They patiently assisted me in ordering food through the app and took great care of everything with genuine kindness and attention. Their service was truly outstanding and made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. I really appreciate their help and warm hospitality. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back again.
