front staff was warm and welcoming.. we had altogether 5 rooms and both Lynn and Anne was efficient and checked us in in a breeze.. love love it here.. the hotel deco was on point with being in shangrila. Breakfast was lovely and of high standard considering being in this part of the world..

Room upgrade which the hotel offer to us during our 2 night stay was something that unexpectedly became a blessing as some of my family fell uncomfortable during the our stay in Shangri-la due to the high altitude environment. The oxygen aid available in the room helps with our stay and we were really grateful with that. Hotel staffs were very helpful and courteous and made our stay pleasant

Room's are aesthetically designed, room heater is more than sufficient (which we feel is always lacking in other hotels during winter season). Had extended chats with the owner who is extremely friendly and gave good recommendations. Could also tell that they invested a lot in this hotel such as the bed, heating devices, humidifier etc. Breakfast was very good. We also easily arranged for transport to get out of town with their help.

Location at ancient town and near everywhere.. Staff helpful.. room big and clean. Complete facilities. And the owner very kind.. he drop us to train station for complimentary. 🙏

1, Location is very good. 2, service is very good. 3, room is clean and bathroom, shower have new equipments. 4, hotel provide free transportation. 5. The owner of the hotel is very attentive and friendly.

The place was really good but the most was the kindness of the hosts. Recommended !

I loved it! It was my first time in Shangri-la with my fiancé, and we enjoyed it so much because of this homestay! Definitely a highlight!
