We spent a couple days here while exploring the export markets. Similar to other shangri la hotels, but since this is a 3rd(?) tier city the price was quite reasonable. What you get here for $140 USD is comparable to what you get in Paris for 2000 USD

great location next to the futian 1, and less than 2 minutes walk from a mall including a supermarket and lots of restaurants. The hotel was very clean with nice odor, the room was very spacious, very clean and nice odor. The breakfast was great with a good selection of non-Chinese dishes like eggs station, bacon, sausages, red beans, 1 cheese plater, cold cuts, salad bar, cereal, fruits, peanut butter, jam, pastries, and of course the hot and cold beverages. Tentative and very polite staff during the breakfast time monitoring every move to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for all the quests. Extremely swift checkout time which took only few seconds.

Location is great. I love Grace the front lady. She is sooo helpful, kind and well mannered. She helped us find taxi. Some of the staffs are also very kind like the chef at the fruit station from GuangDong. He is very kind. I also like the slender looking man with thick eyebrow, he is extremely kind too. The view is very nice. Amazing thank you, we stayed at 805. Nice egg tart L The ammenities are amazing. However the handsoap doesnt suit me and my husbands skin. We got irritated badly because we wash our hand alot. The soap and shampoo are also very drying for the skin.

The location was perfect and near to all attractions, great breakfast that has chinese authetic plates and western plates, clean room, wonderful staff

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and had all amenities. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also very spacious. breakfast options were great, there was a good spread of options.

The location is awesome 5 minute from district 3 by walk

Fantastic breakfast - great room and wonderful service from the staff.

The complimentary room upgrade—it was truly appreciated. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated the availability of halal food, which made my stay much more comfortable as a Muslim. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. Special thanks to the Assistant Manager for the kindness and professionalism. I had a great stay and would gladly return.
