10min walk from the central bus station and a great location for exploring the city center great room very spacious and clean.

No safety for kids and family .i cancel the trip and request refund for the rest of booking without success . It should not be in your list of hotel for your client

I visited Toulouse for work purpose and had stayed at ibis Styles Toulouse Nord Sesquieres. Rooms were very clean and the staffs were really nice and kind. I used free wifi provided by the hotel- the connection was good, did all my office work using hotel's free wifi. Breakfast was amazing with variety of options and all things were baked/ made fresh. For other meals, there's a kfc and nice chinese buffet restaurant close to the hotel. I had to travel everyday for work purpose and commuting was no problem as there's a bus station just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Then from the last bus stop, i took a train to travel across the city. So, even though the hotel is a bit far from the airport, there's a public transport very close to the hotel hence no issue to travel around. I want to thank the guy at the reception who was very kind (bonus point: he speaks English) and went beyond his job to help me on the day of my check out. I had to go and exchange some stuff at the shopping mall and head towards the airport for my flight. I was already late to catch a flight. Knowing my situation he called the cab and explained the driver everything and asked him to drop me to the airport directly from the shopping mall. (i dont speak french so it saved my time having to explain my situation to the driver and book cab from hotel and then from the mall) Since I was in a hurry, I couldn't ask his name and thank him properly. So if you are reading this, thank you so much, you were very kind :) I definitely recommend this hotel. Its a 5/5.

Close to train station, easy walk to historic town centre. Spacious clean apartment. Friendly staff. The availability of free hot drink 24/7 was wonderful.

This hotel serves its purpose: a place to sleep while we visit family. I like the flexibility of choosing twin beds or double beds. The staff is friendly. They provide a kettle, cups, coffee, tea and herbal tea and the fixings, cookies, and ear plugs! The hotel has soap and shampoo dispensers, eliminating waste. They also change the towels upon request.

Love the Mama Shelter brand. Staff was super accommodating. Best lemon drop martini I’ve ever had although the bartender had to look it up, he was very skilled.

Only in the bathroom I saw hair other personn so the toilets works badly. So that’s all. Room clean. No noise.

Central location in Old Town. Walk to attractions. Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was simple but good and always had fresh fruit.

Great location to explore Toulouse and very helpful and welcoming staff... went out of their way to be helpful.

Love the location, right next to the Japanese Garden. 10min walk to city hall plaza. Friendly staffs. Good for families.
