It's a fantastic hotel I really couldn't fault it at all. Fantastic views of Lough Eren. We had food in the hotel both nights and it was lovely. The first night in the cellar bar we had fish and chips and it was top notch. Second night we had our dinner in the Belleek restaurant for my wife's birthday and it was beautiful.Great selection of cocktails and drinks on offer with the most comfortable seats in the Water gate bar . The breakfast both mornings we had a great view of the Lough and the attention to detail from the staff was very impressive. We did the stairway to heaven which is a half an hour drive away and we came back to a beautiful dip in the pool as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi . There is also a steam room and a sauna. Definitely going back and I will make sure to bring the golf clubs and book the spa treatment well in advance.

Mahons is a lovely hotel with genuine and friendly staff and is a welcome change from franchise hotels where we were greeted with warmth and personality from the staff. The bar area and indeed the hotel itself is full of interesting collections of antiques and memorabilia and I spent hours looking around at all the different peculiarities. Service was great, room was spacious and clean and I loved every minute

The location was beautiful cleanliness was top class the sofas a little too comfy everything was there that you would need if I was to nit pick a fan would have been good in the bedroom as it was very warm weather during our stay I didn’t ask for one but I’m sure that the hosts would have sorted it for us lovely couple and the property is a credit to them will definitely try to get back again

Did walk at Castle Archdale. Beautiful area. Worth noting the exhibition area is only open on Sunday afternoons. Popped into enniskillen afterwards. Had takeout from Hong Kong Chinese in Kesh and was lovely! Don’t have to go too far for anything you might need. Brilliant
