It is not very often that the place is actually better that the images show. We loved this great place! Just no in-house diner in Sunday evening, but the Howard’s Inn next village is highly recommends too!

Perfect for relaxing and kicking back for a few days. Quiet afternoons in the lounge area or a drink and meal in the bar/restaurant, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Food in the Hook Restauarant was excellent as was the breakfast. Having stayed at dog friendly hotels in the past, the experience at The Fish takes it to a whole different level, our little dog also had a Pawsome stay.

Easy distance to most major attractions in Cotswolds.

Easy distance to most major attractions in Cotswolds. In amongst some beautiful villages within 15 mins driving time. The Fleece is excellent for refreshment all day with delicious food available. Coffees in morning, lunches, evening meals. Village shop has excellent opening hours and stocks most essentials. Stratford only 25 mins away and plenty of National Trust properties within 30 mins driving. Even GWR railway for short trips by steam from Broadway to Toddington, Winchcombe and Cheltenham. Easy walking in countryside.

An exceptional village.

An exceptional village. The Fleece Inn is a huge drawcard, but many beautiful Thatched Cottages to admire and lovely golden stone cottages. Lovely welcoming Church. The Village Shop is fantastic. Great village to walk around.

Beautiful Cotswold village slightly off the beaten track.

Beautiful Cotswold village slightly off the beaten track. As a regular visitor to the area, we hadn’t been there before but the quiet beauty of the place was wonderful. The Fleece pub must be visited. Not much there but that was a great thing for quiet. Near to Broadway and Chipping Campden for more shopping and attractions, and Evesham close by too.
