With our two daughters just about to head off on their own adventures, we’ve poured our time, creativity, and attention to detail into restoring and designing our cottages. Design is our passion — we both work in fashion — but restoration, interiors, and the garden are where we truly unwind. Every detail in Spring Cottage has been carefully considered to create a calm, stylish, and welcoming haven. We’re animal lovers and have our own dogs, so we understand how important it is to feel relaxed and at home when you’re away. We also love to travel, explore new countries, villages, and towns, and we’re definite foodies — always happy to recommend great local places to eat, including wonderful pubs and restaurants nearby. Being outdoors is important to us and to our family and doggies. We’re lucky to have beautiful walks right on the doorstep, and the Cotswold Way isn’t far away — David has even run it, thanks to his love of long-distance running! Bretforton is a picturesque, historic village in rural Worcestershire, set on the edge of the Cotswolds. Its timeless charm has made it a popular filming location for TV and film, and it offers a peaceful yet vibrant village atmosphere. One of Bretforton’s highlights is the famous The Fleece Inn, a beautifully preserved 300-year-old National Trust pub just around the corner.
