The hotel is in a lovely spot in the centre of cricieth the lady at reception was very nice ,the room was lovely and warm which was a blessing the night we stayed as it was snowing and really cold outside

Great location, close to porthmadog village that has groceries and shops to buy your needs, platinum lodge was an amazing place, very clean, has everything you need and very functional, nice terrace close to the river, the lodge was 86b. The park is very quite and everyone around is very friendly. Kitchen was fully equipped with brand new items.

Nice place, clean room. Big and well equipped shared kitchen. The staff is very friendly. There are also some lamas and the kids were happy to feed them.
