A very large bedroom, with good facilities. The evening meal was delicious and well presented. The views from the restaurant are exceptional. There was a good selection of herbal teas in the bedroom, and plenty of storage space. An ideal stop for bikers, given the storage space available in the rooms.

Very nice and lovely place. A little bit tricky to found the location, but the owner sent the pictures which makes it easier to found. The bed is comfortable, shower, toilet and all what you need for peaceful stay, no phone signal, just nature and good company, feels like out of the world and technologies

Carrog is a beautiful place and a great place for a walking...

Carrog is a beautiful place and a great place for a walking holiday, and for taking dogs, as long as they are on a lead (because of the sheep) We visited the Horseshoe Falls and Aqueduct, and really enjoyed the walks in the local area.There is a really quaint working railway - we did not go on a train journey but want to come back to see it again. The Grouse Inn offers a great menu and traditional pub lunches. People were very friendly and amenable. We didnt explore as much as we would have liked but it was a really relaxing break away from it all
