Clean. Plenty of space. All basics provided. Nice basket of complimentaries. Good TV. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Shower was nice and easy to use with hot water and plenty of clean towels. Bed linen was clean. Flat was in a perfect location on the High Street with beach only 300 yards away. Free parking available nearby. Opposite a convenience store and 50 yards from a fish & chip shop! Pub only slightly further. :)

I had a one night stay here before heading to Holyhead the next moring and it might be one of the nicest places I have stayed in along time. The interior of the hotel is decorated to a high standard and every facility seems to have been thought about and is excellent. The owners even considered that fact that I might be arriving late and might miss their dinner service and advised to me to make sure to get dinner on the way if I was arrving late in the evening. A very tasty breakfast was available earlier than schedulled the next morning.

What Guests Said About Cemaes Bay:

Scored out of 10, guest rating 10

Beautiful peaceful bay, perfect for families.

Beautiful peaceful bay, perfect for families. Very good facilities at the seafront, including many good wooden benches to sit on and picnic tables. Lovely riverside walk that leads down to the sea. Good range of places to eat, especially the Bell cafe, which is excellent. Good position for visiting the western regions of Anglesey.

I fell in love with this place.

I fell in love with this place. I want to live there when I retire! It's so friendly. Everything is close enough for a short walk; the beaches are beautiful and amazing for swimming and water sports. The cliff walks are fantastic and the views are out of this world, especially at golden hour and sunset. It is STUNNING.

Lovely sandy beach and the village has a small supermarket/Post Office, cafe and gift shops, two pubs, a fish n chip shop and takeaway pizza wagon. Within walking distance is a hotel with a restaurant. There is also a coast path for keen walkers to enjoy.

Cemaes Bay is not eventful and don't expect it to be.

Cemaes Bay is not eventful and don't expect it to be. We go as a family memorial. Llanbadrig Church - We are connected to it and will be for evermore now! Our parents are laid to rest there, as is our grandfather... Great place to rest in peace One of the oldest Churches and graveyards in the whole of the UK, dating back to 600AD Unspoilt and beautiful, to those that appreciate it.

It was a lovely base to explore Anglesey from.

It was a lovely base to explore Anglesey from. We had a trip to Beaumaris Castle, and went from there to Newborough National Nature Reserve and Forest - where there is a lovely sandy beach. There is a hotel which is about ten minutes walk from the B&B (Gadlys) which is a good place to round off the evening

What I loved the most was swimming in the sea and being able to lety child swim safely. It's calm and shallow for a long way out. Safe to paddle board too. There is nothing in the town so don't go for coffee shop culture. There is one ice cream shop, a fish and chips shop and a clothes shop that's it. Peaceful break enjoyed with mum and son (age 7)

The accommodation and facilities were outstanding, and in an excellent location. The kitchen was well equipped, and provided everything we needed. The additional touches were a lovely surprise. It was very quiet in the evening, and lovely to return to after a busy day sightseeing. Parking was outside the door and very convenient. Cemaes Bay is a lovely location and the 2 nearby beaches offered some wonderful views and coastal walks were available.

The house is lovely & has everything you need for a stay. We stayed as a group of friends with children & were very happy. The location is great with a short walk into Cemaes Bay, off road parking, comfortable beds & fantastic outdoor space.

The locality where it is - Cemaes Bay and the proximity to a relative who lives down the road. The accommodation is like a mini home from home with all the comforts.
