Do not book this place in Summer, it is like sleeping in a...

Do not book this place in Summer, it is like sleeping in a sauna. It is absolutely unbearable, there are no windows which open and no A/C. This property should have A/C installed to be rentable. We had 2 messages about the apartment being warm in Summer so the host obviously knows there is a problem but nothing prepared us for the sauna, there was no way to cool the place down and nowhere for the hot air to go. The air cooler and fan just blow hot air around.

great location to get around the city.

great location to get around the city. Went to Fleur Restaurant for Brunch and food amazing and servers really attentive. Nightlife, never ending. Never seen so many taxi`s in and around and buses seem to run late so no problems getting around.

Review – Absolutely Horrible Experience This property is a nightmare. There was no bed, no proper bedding, the shower was broken, and several essential facilities were missing or not functioning. The apartment does not match the listing photos. The host, James, was utterly unprofessional, threatening, and completely unresponsive. We called and messaged him multiple times over two days, yet he ignored Booking.com executives as well. When he finally answered, he hung up on us instead of resolving the issue. Because of his negligence, we were forced to sleep on the floor, which was exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Booking.com was useless, failing to mediate or take meaningful action despite repeated calls and emails. We were left stranded, frustrated, and unable to enjoy our trip, and the entire experience was mentally and physically draining. Do not book here — this property and its manager are dangerous for your sanity and your trip.

NO BEDDING, NO TOWELS, NO APOLOGY The morning before our check in, I got a phone call to say there was a leak and they were changing my Apartment. I was told that I would be sent details. All morning and early afternoon I got nothing, I rang and emailed the number and address given by Booking.com and got no response. I rang the number that phoned me in the morning and he sent through the details of what to do. Having been told the keys were in a key safe we had to contact the agent again, as the key safe was empty and he told us the keys were in the apartment. In the apartment the Decor was incomplete. There was a stained duvet but no duvet cover, sheets or pillowcases. There were no towels and only 1 quarter of a toilet roll. I rang the agent to report this issue and there was no apology. Although he said he'd send Bedding, nothing came, further attempts to contact him were unanswered. This apartment was not fit for purpose.

The worst thing that happened while we were there was the...

The worst thing that happened while we were there was the refrigerator stopped working and all of our food spoiled. We reached out to management and they didn't respond for over 24 hours and refused to come fix the problem. On top of that, they only provided us with one room key for 3 people, which made it extremely awkward to come and go. Additionally there was only one chair in the entire place, meaning 2 of us had to eat on the floor. To make matters worse, we were only give one set of towels for 3 people. We reached out to management about all of these things, and nothing as done. We waited days and days for more towels, for the refrigerator to be fixed. Nothing. We ended up leaving a day early to get out of there. As we were leaving, we requested them at least send us the check out instructions, and we got no response. This was the worst experience I have ever had with lodging. Absolutely horrific.

Location excellent, facilities in the not so 'luxurious apartment’ appalling; Cannot believe Booking. Com are still advertising this apartment given all the reviews are so negative. The host was unhelpful and curt when it was brought to his attention; no bed linen for third guest, no cups (cereal bowls had to be used), no glasses, oven did not work. TV did not work, cleaner kept their products in the apartment so came to collect them in the morning for other apartments. No basic toiletries i.e. soap all the containers empty had that been made known we could have provided are own, no inventory, no hair dryer. An unpleasant experience not to be recommended
