The location is amazing. Everything was perfect regarding the hospitality. Kaman, the hotel manager was very very decent and elegant and helped and served us by himself. The other staff was very nice at the reception as well. Very clean and it was the most wonderful stay in UK. Highly recommended.

First and foremost the men on reception were outstanding. They gave us a friendly welcome and each time we came in they got up and opened the door for us which a big welcoming smile. Our room was nice and clean and spacious, nice clean bathroom, good heating. Nice location for where we were visiting (Noahs Ark Zoo Farm), free parking. Couldn't fault it.

The Marine Lake can get very busy with a range of different activities. If you like swimming for a long stretch, it’s lovely as there is just a high path between the lake and the sea. The beach on the other hand is rocky difficult to swim from. There’s a delightful free-entry private garden off the seafront, a good secondhand bookshop and a choice of coffee shops and restaurants. The Victorian pier is also worth a visit.

The room wasn’t up to standard, needed a whole new refurbishment like carpets stains. beds needed replacing old. Funny smell in the room. Lovely wake up call at 5.30am fire alarm going off. No staff came outside to check if we were all there. No fire brigade to check why alarm was activated. Not even asked to go back in. Lots of elderly people looking very scared with no time to put shoes on. It was scary. Breakfast could have been better. Photos on advertisement gives you the nice rooms only. Not the ones at the front.

Poorly decorated but we needed cheap. So if you're looking for somewhere near Bristol airport (20 mins) and want to crash and have some grub, it is absolutely alright. Just don't go there for anything nice

Town was very dirty and run down. Lots of shops empty.

Town was very dirty and run down. Lots of shops empty. Only cafes, estate agents and charity shops left. Only other big shop was B and M. Filthy outside, paintwork shabby, dogs mess on the walkway outside. Nothing to do near the beach. Very expensive fish and chips stall. No where else to buy food or snacks.Ended up driving to Burnham on sea for the day instead.

The architecture and cleanliness of the town was impressive.

The architecture and cleanliness of the town was impressive. Facilities are in a relatively compact area so ideal for getting around on foot. Leisure walking opportunities also good. There are some very good cafes in the town and along the seafront. An excellent holiday spot for adults and children alike.

We stayed in Clevedon for 3 nights with the aim of visiting...

We stayed in Clevedon for 3 nights with the aim of visiting 2 National Trust properties that are near the town, and also to make use of the walking trail around the town. We managed to visit the first NT site Tyntesfield which was well worth the trip. Its a very large site but had an electric mini bus if you wanted help getting around. Unfortunately we were unable to visit Clevedon Court as it was closed due to the category Red heatwave that hit the area. The heatwave also made it impossible for us to do the walking trail, but we did visit Clevedon pier which was very nice. To have some respite from the heat we also visited Cribbs Causeway shopping centre which was only 20 minutes along the M5 from Clevedon.

Fabulous views from the apartment! Apartment was clean and comfortable and hosts were welcoming and helpful. Really loved Clevedon - as well as being near enough to Bristol for a day out, there was plenty to enjoy on our doorstep: swimming,walking and enjoying nature, a really interesting pier and nice places to eat!

Very nice sea view room with large double bed. We didn't have breakfast as we were visiting family who live close by so had breakfast with them. We were very pleased with the hotel and am sure we will stay again when we next visit our family in Clevedon.

Lovely little cottage, just the right size for 2 adults and a toddler. Nice garden with a seating area and visiting chickens and a cat! 30 mins from Bristol airport and a few minutes from supermarkets and pubs.
