Beautiful cottage with excellent facilities and a wonderful...

Beautiful cottage with excellent facilities and a wonderful big kitchen. A hot tub to enjoy and even your own bar. We will definitely be back and for longer next time. My only disappointment was the check in time of 4pm and check out at 11am. But everything else was absolutely brilliant 👏👏

Clogger as a quaint village is super!

Clogger as a quaint village is super! People are so friendly… driving is a little mental but going into a shop and leaving everyone says hello! Friendly folks!! Hotel is far enough and close enough for any essentials.

Lovely place and very clean but was so so cold on arrival.

Lovely place and very clean but was so so cold on arrival. Only way we could get it warm was by putting on log burner but the basket of logs didn’t even last 2 hours. Then any further baskets of logs were being charged for which we thought should have been included in the price as it wasn’t cheap. Bed very uncomfortable and left us with sore backs. TV very small. We stayed over Christmas and thought the place would have been made to look and feel more Christmassy but no, just a small artificial tree with no lights on top of the dresser. Overall we were disappointed with our stay which we had been really looking forward to.

The property was on a gorgeous, private plot and it was great to have such good sized bedrooms, as well as a separate living room and kitchen diner. The outside space and the bar/hot tub space was also a lovely addition. Furnishing was basic but functional and clean with decent beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, lamps and a chair in all the bedrooms. It was a perfect place to stay with a group of friends for a wedding at Corick House up the road in Clogher and we would happily come back for another stay.

This is a lovely hotel with the reception areas and the conservatory dining area of Carlton Restaurant delightful. It had great views to the beautiful gardens and the dining staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The dinner was delicious, beautifully cooked and well presented. We had a dessert between us and again it was well presented and delicious. The music wasn’t too loud and there was a nice ambience. The excellent dinner in the elegant conservatory was the best part of our stay.

The junior suite was AMAZING. It made our stay really memorable. Some areas in main hotel were newly refurbished and nicely decorated in antique style. The staff were exceptionally friendly throughout. The grounds are lovely but there isn’t much to do around the area but we found a few nice walks only a short drive away. The spa was small but nice.

The setting was beautiful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor was of a really high quality. The staff were very welcoming and professional in their approach. The girl who sang in the evening was so good and very entertaining
