Mahons is a lovely hotel with genuine and friendly staff and is a welcome change from franchise hotels where we were greeted with warmth and personality from the staff. The bar area and indeed the hotel itself is full of interesting collections of antiques and memorabilia and I spent hours looking around at all the different peculiarities.
