This place was just stunning: a quiet and secluded farm with a rental cottage, clean and cozy rooms (our daughter loved the bed at the window!), a spacious social area with outside seating (an ideal place to enjoy your fish and chips from the village) and beautiful fields for evening walks that complement the peaceful atmosphere. The property is environmentally aware and waste sorting is encouraged, which is a great plus. The hosts were very nice to talk to and friendly. A lasting memory on our UK road trip!

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and this was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The extra amenities in the room, the space and the service was incredible. We requested a few things to our room and it was brought swiftly on a sliver platter. We had a few extra requests and they were accommodated if possible by the hotel. I would recommend, it was very clean and comfortable! 5*

Loved the garden with the little stream at the bottom, lady owner was lovely, very helpful, told us where we could get food. Also didn't know it was where the nursery rhyme Jack and Jill came from, so we walked up their hill and found the well. Beautiful village.

We were only staying 1 night to break up a journey, but would like to stay there again and explore nearby points of interest. The Studio is a lovely property with its own off road parking space directly outside. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

We stayed in the Mendip Magic cottage.

We stayed in the Mendip Magic cottage. On arrival we saw lovely cottages in a very attractive setting with lots of beautifully planted pots. The inside did not disappoint either. It was cosy and comfortable with everything a home would need. The host was so welcoming with nothing too much trouble. Children would love the friendly goats and chickens on site which is central for visiting Bath, Bristol and the Mendip Hills.

The New Inn, just up the road serve up a very good evening meal even though it was the football finals! We didn’t have a chance to look around the area as we were attending a wedding and visiting family in Bath.
