Very clean and well presented. Super comfortable.

The hotel was super clean, organized and very comfortable. Whatever we needed, they had. The staff was amazing from the beginning to end. Our English wasn’t that good and they made the effort to understand us and support our needs. Would definitely recommend it! The closest station is 5mim walking and the hotel is 45min from London Center.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was "easy" to check in, get to the room, order supper, and enjoy the hotel. Our room had a balcony with chairs that we could (and did) use. Most places in the USA are too cautious about balconies, but we were able to enjoy the view and the weather from there.

The room was fit for purpose, comfortable. Great for a one night stay if you are attending Twickenham. Alex at reception was a gent, very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and very comfortable with a very superb spacious. Location was strategic to stay when you fly on the next day. Very close to terminal 4 and easy to get to other terminal via train service

in comparison to other budget hotels this hotel is only budget in price but excellent in everything else

Amazing location and amazing stay

To whomever may complain about this hotel, i think those people are difficult! The Queen's head was a wonderful experience - very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, food was good and the breakfast was lovely. Wifi worked great, there is an interior court which is very nicely done and everything was clean! 10/10 and definitely recommended!

Great location and staff. UBER to LHR T4 in 15 minutes with no M25! Love it and lovely area. Im from London but this is the nice part ;o)

Wonderful hotel on the river, perfect location gor Hampton Court Palace. Loved the room names, our room was very spacious. Restaurants were great, we had drinks on the Terrace, breakfast and afternoon tea whilst there. No complaints at all

I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels this hotel is one of the best. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are very nice, clean and quite. Very clean and spacious bathroom. I stayed 2 nights and were very relaxing stay. Location is excellent walking distance from shops, restaurants and public transport. For sure I would stay in this hotel again.
