When we arrived after a long drive, we were greeted with such comfort and warmth. The house is decorated with such interesting items that we had fun exploring together. The owners left us with a snack and items needed for our stay. Since it is located on the Main Street, it is just a short walk to many of the stores. We had such a nice sleep here. It was our favourite stay in our entire trip!

I grew up in Haworth and have been back many times since, was having a nostalgic walk around. Plenty of changes, not all for the better but still very nice. Still a few good pubs and some new restaurants which were very good. Would recommend Pave at the top of Main Street.

Completed the walk to Top Withins - not for the faint-hearted! Hips and legs were complaining for days afterwards. Had some lovely cocktails and pizza at Writer's Bloc in Haworth. As a single woman, it was really comfortable sitting there on my own. Waiting staff were attentive, bringing around pizza and alcohol tasters. Joined the ghost walk (haunted Haworth) at 8.30pm on Friday, outside the church, which was a lovely way to finish off the evening.

Places to visit include the Bronte parsonage museum and central park in Haworth. The main street has some quirky shops to explore. Had a great coffee/sausage roll at Hunters (bakery) in Haworth and a takeaway curry from Lazeez. Beautiful countryside although be warned about the very steep hills.

Howarth is a very interesting place, especially for those who understand the relevance of the Bronte family in English literary history. Howarth offers a genuine insight into the life and times of early nineteenth century England and a warm welcome to visitors from all over the world.

Everybody I met were friendly and helpful.

Everybody I met were friendly and helpful. The high street in Haworth is lively and interesting with its little shops. Its a good place to sit out in the sunshine and drink coffee or visit the Bronte Parsonage and wander in the church yard. A lovely place with loads of potential to walk in the landscape and visit the surrounding area.

Cottage tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Very central to Haworth Main Street , bus stops, railway and the moors. The roll top bath was a very much appreciated to soak tired muscles after a long walk on the moors.
