Everything was way above my expectations. They thought of everything you could want... Eyeshades, water (sparkling and still), big fluffy towels, umbrella. Breakfast has a great selection and the best part... The pies in the restaurant are amazing! Dog friendly with a pooch pie too 😍

We were upgraded to a splendid courtyard room. Super huge bathroom with free standing bath and fabulous shower. Lots of towels and toiletries. So big there was an armchair there. Beautifully furnished room with a large sleigh bed. Hospitality tray. Excellent dinner and breakfast. In the centre of Hunmanby but parking is available. What a find!

Lovely village, good deli shop & pubs. Very quiet after pubs closed. Piebald pub really good. Ideal location to visit Filey & Flamborough head. Great walks. Our doggie loved it. Wildlife on Flamborough head amazing, one not to be missed. All in all a amazing weekend retreat

Lovely, well looked after small town/village, with a beautiful church. Very handy location for exploring the east coast without staying in the hustle & bustle of the bigger towns. Great bus service.

We only stayed for one night but had a walk into the village, there were shops within 5 minutes walk from the property if you needed milk or food. The food at The White Swan pub was excellent and the lady who served us was friendly and welcoming.

We love the Norh Yorkshire Coast, but find staying on the outskirts of the main resorts such as Scarborough, Whitby, Bridlington is a lot less hassle. Obviously transport is a must. There is a local train station and I do believe you can get to Filey this way, but travellers would need to check this. There are plenty of pubs/restaurants around the area, Bempton, Flamborough etc., Families always love the seaside so this is an ideal base for them all.

I came to Hunmanby as a child with my parents and the reasons for travelling now was to do a bit of reminiscing. It was lovely to go back. There has been a lot of building work and expansion, but there is still a spot on Castle Hill where you can stand and still see the original Hunmanby , where nothing seems to have changed for a couple of hundred years. Absolutely amazing.

Lovely little village with all the amenities you need.

Lovely little village with all the amenities you need. 2 shops, 2 bakeries, plenty of take away options if required and 4 good pubs each with their own differing aspects to give. A games pub and 3 doing differing foods Pies and the Piebald should only be attempted if you're really hungry! The White Swan has just had a makeover and now has a good range of food served daily And it's close enough to the beach but a short drive back and you're away from the maddening crowds Ideal base for exploring the local area and a good place to return to for the chill you need And if you don't drive, or don't want to, there's a regular bus route passing through and a train station so it really is accessible for all
