Excellent welcome, staff attentive without being intrusive, very professional and intimate atmosphere. Room and lounges comfortable and attractive. Dinner excellent with imaginative flavor combinations and good wine and digestif recommendations. Would strongly recommend for a comfortable and romantic short stay.

Very nice view from the Lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for 3 adults with 3 twin beds and a nice bathroom with a skylight. Convenient place to have dinner and drinks. Only 5 min drive to Ben Nevis visitor center.

We loved this hotel, while a few complained it was "dated" we thought the decor added to it's appeal-like visiting an older relative's comfy home. All the staff were top notch in service and friendliness. Also, a great value!

Very nice and quite, the hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are modern. Very quiet and peaceful.

Went to hike in Ben Nevis. Location to Ben Nevis visitor center is quite manageable. Really good location to the shops with. Just a 5min walk to Morrisons with 24/7 petrol station and grocery store.

Staff upgraded me to larger room; super comfy, bed was great. Close to shops, restaurants and pubs

24 hour acces and much better than expected bathroom/showering facilities.

Left jacket in the room - had my passport in it. Staff was very kind to make arrangements to ship it to a hotel later in my journey.

Amazing staff and they will let you store your bags if you arrive before your room is ready. Nice, comfy lounge area with bar and free breakfast. Very central location….coukd mit be more convenient. A little noisy at night from the street if you have your windows open. Proprietress did my laundry for me and is a treasure trove of information about the local area and restaurants…. Which to go to and which to avoid. Dispute the very few shortcomings, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Great value, as well.

Family suite was comfortable, modern yet cozy. Great for our family of 4. Breakfast was so thoughtfully done, including for kids and gluten free. Highly recommend!
