This is a jewel of a find. This is a lovely little cottage in the beautiful gardens of a bigger cottage. It is in a very quiet location, but adjacent to a nice pub. The area around the cottage was secure for our dog. The property was immaculately clean and the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in, including my own. I would go back just to sleep in this again! The bathroom was beautiful and the shower very powerful and refreshing. The village is very pretty and quiet and we only scratched the surface for dog walking in the area. Will definitely be back to explore more.

A little outside Thirst in the quiet countryside, it definitely helped to have a car as we were able to visit the White Horse, Thirsk, and the Yorkshire Dales easily. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the food was great.
