We booked The Plough Inn as it was close to my family members' home, and it exceeded expectations, the staff were lovely, the rooms were great with everything we needed, like tissues, a hair dryer and a fridge! Lovely rural view from my room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious

Very peaceful spot despite being close to the main road, which made it very convenient to get to nearby Blickling Hall and Aylsham, as well as further afield. The apartment had everything I needed as well as lovely views across open fields as the sun rose. I was there in December and the heating was excellent and very controllable to get just the right temperature.

Lovely unique experience. Host could not have been more welcoming. plenty of space, lovely animals on site and the river nearby for kayaking and paddle boarding was beautiful and so much fun. We would definitely come back.

Tanya was amazing! She did everything to help us with the baby. She brought toys, bouncy chair, she even held him while we had breakfast. She also had gluten free options for us. Location is very good as we were near to different places. We didn't have the 2 rooms near to each other but it was arranged in a very good way as well.

Nice friendly staff that made you very welcome, nothing was to much trouble. I ate here every night and food was always very good quality. The room was clean and tidied everyday and all in a very enjoyable stay.

Marsham is a pretty village just a couple of miles from the delightful town of Aylsham, 10 miles from Norwich, and about 20 from Gt. Yarmouth or a bit less from Cromer. So very well situated for exploring The Norfolk Coast. Highly recommend a stay at The Plough Inn at Marsham...Fantastic!!

Marsham is a village about 1.5 miles from Aylsham situated in beautiful countryside which made our trip very relaxing. We chose The Plough Inn as it was close to the wedding venue we had been invited to. Unfortunately at the moment there are various road closures so we had to take various detours to get to Marsham which added approx 15 miles to our journey. Once we found The Plough Inn we couldn’t have wished for anything better. The staff were very welcoming and our room was lovely. Good comfy beds and a generous size bathroom with walk in shower. The breakfast was good as was the evening meal we had with plenty of choice and the food was delicious. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay a one to remember.

Marsham itself was very small, but it is a very good centre...

Marsham itself was very small, but it is a very good centre to explore North Norfolk. The area has a lot of attractions including the coast, places like Holkham , Wells next The Sea, Cley next the sea, Cromer , the Broads. National Trust properties like Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park. If you are interested in bird life this is the county for you. Food is generally very good, and a lot of local produce is on the menu, including of course fresh fish, excellent meat and fresh vegetables.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was very nicely decorated and looked newly refurbished. We booked dinner in the pub for the evening and the food was very enjoyable and the pub was packed with diners which shows how popular it is for its food and atmosphere. Again the staff were very friendly and couldn't do more for us. Breakfast the next day was included in our room rate and again was enjoyable and plentiful. We stayed in Marsham as a base to explore the surrounding area.

Hotel rooms spotless and very comfy. Food was Great and we'll packed pub speaks for itself for the food. Breakfast was also great and they made it early for us as we needed to leave for 8.15. All staff friendly and extremely helpful.will definitely be booking again next time we return to Norfolk.

very stylish pub/restaurant/hotel. nice bedroom ,though a little small, excellent shower room. Had an evening meal which was really good and well priced. Breakfast was very nice, had a lovely fresh fruit salad besides full English and cereals etc. Parking good.
