United KingdomThe apartment was great, Clean, tidy, warm and very convenient for NEC, Airport and City.
It was in a nice part of town with all ammenities close at hand, including parking.
It was equiped with everything required for a good stay.
The host was very conscientous and made sure we had all the info we required, even when I made a mistake on the booking form.

United KingdomHotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful and warm. 10-15 min drive from the NEC where we were seeing a show. We also had Sunday lunch and breakfast at the barn restaurant attached and the food and service was also superb.

There wasn't much that I did like.
There wasn't much that I did like. The room was tiny and next to a fence so no view at all. The shower was so tiny I couldn't even wash myself properly and there was no bath mat. The tea and coffee in the room was not replenished daily and needed to be. The cooked breakfast was cold and definitely not worth £12.50. I will be staying somewhere else next time. It was NOTHING li!e the last time I stayed which I really enjoyed, which is why I chose this hotel again

We dropped our bags at airport then went to the hotel by taxi and came back by taxi next day. The high cost of the taxis meant that we could have chosen a hotel on campus at more convenience and with about the same expense overall.

Marston Green is quiet and safe.
Marston Green is quiet and safe. Close to the airport, so convenient to get in and out.
Pubs unfortuantely are best avoided. Marston Green Tavern service and staff attitude is terrible, and place is best avoided.

The worst type of council estate I have ever encountered.
The worst type of council estate I have ever encountered. First time in ages I saw 3 police car chases in one evening. 3 days on and back in quiet, tranquil Suffolk but I cannot stop thinking about the place, it has really affected me. I cannot believe people live like this.... I will say that I could not bring myself to actually stay in the property overnight, I had to cut short my business trip and I went home an hour after arriving.

Could only find 1 place that was doing food ( local pub )...
Could only find 1 place that was doing food ( local pub ) about 1 1\2 miles from where we stayed unless you wanted a take away , went to order at 7.40 & advised kitchen was now closed !!!. Had to drive about another 3 miles and found a Zizzis restaurant .

The Hotel is charming and family run, which is close to the...
The Hotel is charming and family run, which is close to the airport and has decent car parking on site.
There is a little bar area and a dining room which you can order take away food which the hotel will provide plates and cutlery to use.
The little reception is run efficiently and with a welcoming presence from the staff.
The rooms are basic but clean with shower and toilet facilities.
This is a low cost hotel which offers cheap parking for short and longer parking needs, and you are in easy distance from the airport.

Really great location, we stayed after a wedding at Hampton Manor and it was a 10 min uber ride, a great alternative to multiple hotel rooms. Really clean and cosy, great kitchen where Elaine left us some fresh milk, biscuits and cereals. Comfy beds and really nice outside space which got the sun. Great communication with the owner. Amazing place, would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. Wish we would have had longer to enjoy it but only stayed 1 night.

Friendly hosts.I arrived early before check in and could park (£6 per day, bargain!). ~25mins walk to Marston Green train station. ~40min walk to NEC. Near bus stop if you don’t want to walk..
This hotel does what it says on the tin so to speak. Suited me completely. I found it quiet and extremely comfortable/convenient. Would I say here again ?? YES

Could not manage to enter the property, there is no way to get hold of anyone. Tried to call them around 4pm on arrival so to get code, but no one answered, no replies to mail or text. Had to book another hotel, so basically wasted. So be careful.

The pod is beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The terrace has a lovely view over the lake. It is only a short walk from the NEC and the hotel car park where we left our car, so was very convenient for us.

The place was large and fitted with everything we needed, it was a perfect place for our group. The location was convenient for NEC without being at the NEC due to being so close to Marston Green Station.
