Beautiful settings, stunning room and amenities, double ended bath, separate dress room with ample hangers for clothes, wonderful tea & coffee as well as sparkling drinks and fresh milk in the room. Good selection of Biscuits in the room but the three course breakfast was stunning. Fresh berries Greek yoghurt and honey, granola for start, followed by a wonderful Welsh breakfast with the best ingredients all cooked to your liking with fresh sourdough toast and quasaints .... Absolutely out of this world for the price.

Bed was comfortable, parking spot was convenient, staffs were very welcoming and dinner at the inn was very good. It also came with light breakfast. The Inn locates on a busy streets, yet no sounds at night, also easy in and out.

All good.

All good. Walking Offas Dyke, The Checkers restaurant was excellent. Montgomery Castle very interesting. Narrow gauge steam train valley ride really great. Oh and there is always Bunners - what an Aladdin’s Cave!!!

Montgomery is a lovely little town. It has a ruined castle.

Montgomery is a lovely little town. It has a ruined castle. There are shops and cafes and 2 pubs. The scenery around is spectacular, and the town would be a good touring centre. I will certainly return.

The countryside is stunningly beautiful and provides lots of walks . The market town of Montgomery is quaint, with a wonderful town square.There are a variety of shops and restaurants and a town hall which was built in 1748.There is also a weekly Thursday market.

Montgomery is a charming, Georgian village/town with a few interesting little shops and a quaint coffee shop. The castle ruins were very interesting, and the area was well preserved as well as having lots of historical information. Being a small place, we were only there for a morning.

Really lovely old town. Lots of information in the streets. Flowers everywhere. Nice steep walk up to castle but no access until 11am. Good deli/cafe. Seemed to be a lot going on judging from all the posters and notices on the town hall.

It was show day (carnival) lovely to watch its earlier next year. Pretty buildings locals were very friendly. It’s great if you want to visit Welshpool which is a lovely town & go on the steam train 👌 OR Powys Castle & Gardens which were stunningly beautiful. Well worth a visit my Burthday treat to myself ❤️👌The hotel breakfast & dinner were superb & excellent staff throughout. A house made & sold beautiful cakes & scones. We cdnt believe the honesty box on carnival weekend. Crown pub locals delight 👌

Beautiful old hotel, clean, warm and comfortable. Good sized rooms, great breakfast and above all very friendly and helpful staff - we took a 10 month old baby and they were very accommodating both there and beforehand answering lots of questions!

Beautiful property with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect in the small town of Montgomery. Such friendly locals made you feel very welcome. All in all a wonderful stay
