The caravan was excellent very clean and high spec interior. The lady Leanne was very friendly and helpful showing us where to go for the beach and nice places to eat. Also let us check in early and check out later. Would recommend.

I loved being able to walk right around the bay, with the Maritime museum at one end, with refreshments and the Needle’s Eye Cafe at the other end. It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Sadly, I didn’t see any dolphins when sitting on the church point cliff top but it’s a lovely peaceful place to sit. There is a large car park at the church point end, which is free. The church is lovely inside and stained glass Windows beautiful. The town was busy but restful and easy to get around. There are a variety of shops and also a traditional ice cream parlour and fish and chip shops. Also several restaurants and pubs. It’s not a run down, commercialised town.

There really is everything you need in this small seaside town. Groceries, pubs, restaurants, takeaway, fish and chips, cafes, promenade walks, beaches, golf course and lovely people. Everything is within a short walking distance and the food and drinks I tried were spot on.

The room was so beautifully decorated, very clean and I loved how light and airy it was. Perfect location for me as I wanted to get to the beach early to go for a swim. Lots of good local amenities. Newbiggin-by-the-sea is a little lesser known gem and you can get to lots of other places in Northumberland very easily. Communication from Gary and Dee was great throughout the stay.

The caravan was immaculate, comfortable and charming. Our host was great: welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. There is a lovely seaside walk from the site into Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. The site restaurant was good (staff and food), although we were there 'off season' so I wonder whether it would be packed in the summer months.
