You need a car to get about really.

You need a car to get about really. We didn't have one so a bit remote. Not many shops and some are up a high hill. People are friendly. Beautiful place and beach. Prestatyn train station access is a disgrace for the disabled, carers, elderly and little ones. There is no lift to take you up? Just a massive ramp that goes on forever. Please install a working lift to go up and down!

We had two days of taking it easy as we enjoy life at a slow pace these days. We had afternoon tea at the Pet Cemetery & the well at holywell is a nice visit. We like the charity shops on the High Street. There is a wonderful beach for your dog or children, arcade games, crazy golf, Also shopping park off the high street. We like eating at the cookhouse pub on the high street, and Rocco to lounge also they do great milkshakes.

Photography is my Hobby, my camera was used every day! We could only allow a short visit this time for personal reasons. We packed more into this week then most of our two week breaks in the past! The visits to places of interest were non-stop! Beach and Coastal Beauty, Castle visits and Hill views were everywhere within short drives. The Coastline of Wales is beautiful! The roads in Wales have safety measures regarding traffic speeds, we all have to be aware of this and enjoy the relaxation of the scenery! Prestatyn was like joining the past with the future a delight around every corner. Prestatyn folk are always kind and friendly and find time to make conversation!

Love Prestatyn i have been coming here since before I was even born, the town as changed so much over the years but she has evolved gracefully. The Beach is perfect for families and there is plenty of things to do for adults and children alike. The Nova centre offers undercover swimming with pub serving food plus a gymnasium Across the road you have an arcade a park and crazy golf. In town there are plenty of shops bars cinema and parking.

We love Prestatyn as a holiday base.

We love Prestatyn as a holiday base. We love the mix of independent small shops and cafes. The cafes are ideal for lunch or a coffee etc. There are also takeaways and restaurants for dining out. There is a retail park with a good selection of large well known stores next to the traditional high street. The railway station is very close to the town and it makes it easy to travel to other towns and cities nearby and it has excellent links to Holyhead and many large towns and cities in England. There are many lovely places to visit either by car or public transport nearby. We particularly love Llandudno, Chester, Conwy, Anglesea etc. There are also lovely unspoilt beaches nearby too.

We love Lido beach with its lovely beaches and proximity to Nova centre for food and drinks. An amusement arcade close by and lovely views. Town centre is a mix of cafes, pubs, shopping centre and small independent shops. Lovely little bustling town

This lovely bungalow was in a quiet location, but very handy for public transport (bus stop 100 yds away) and on a circular route for Rhyll and Prestatyn town centre. The hot tub was fab, the rooms were spacious and clean, great garden. We'd planned on doing Nova Prestatyn parkrun and it was just a 20 minute walk to the start. There was a small convenience store on the corner plus a couple of takeaways and a pub. I'd definitely recommend it
