I had a great experience staying here. The place was very neat, clean, and well-organized, with attention given to even the smallest details. You can really tell it's been well taken care of. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the seashore, which made it even more relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and tidy place by the sea!

Love the atmosphere. Rooms were clean and the team was helpful. Dinner was very nice (it was in a different room because our dog was not allowed in the restaurant but it was well arranged). Hotel is located just next to the beach so a great area for a walk. Everything was great.

This was a good place to stay, excellent room with good bed and so clean. Breakfast was good on the Friday thanks to the lady that served me and even better when it was the buffet breakfast on the following morning. Heinz Tomato sauce and HP sauce bottles on every table - that says a lot!

The staff greeted me with a smile and explained all amenities. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for a good rest after a long drive and getting off the LeShuttle.

Very stylish hotel directly opposite the Harbour Arm in Folkestone. I was dining at RockSalt so it was a perfect location. Didn't book breakfast so can't comment. Design gorgeous. Bed lovely. Nice touches all round.

Don't ever go there unless you want to be sick with the awful pervasive nauseating smell and to realise that you are not in the residence you actually booked for! We were in a similar house in design which is why we only realised on our return home that we had been in the wrong house, one hugely misrepresented in the photos and not as close to amenities and the sea as we booked for. Certainly a deliberate deception by Bellaire Enterprises!! Booking.com needs to get rid of that company doing business and masquerading under their name

Great location for accessing le shuttle.

Great location for accessing le shuttle. We wanted to travel across to France early but it is a 3 hour drive from home so wanted somewhere nearby to stay the night before. This total gem was cheaper than staying in a travelodge or holiday inn, a similar distance to le shuttle and overall much nicer! Awesome decor, beautiful sea view, comfy beds, lovely living space - couldn't ask for any more!

Enjoyed a really lovely stay in this cosy little retreat...

Enjoyed a really lovely stay in this cosy little retreat close to the beach. Unexpected snacks/treats provided by the host were very much appreciated! Accommodation was very comfortable and in the perfect location. There was also a private outdoor space which would be lovely to enjoy in the Spring/Summer. The Port Lympne Wildlife Reserve is under 20 minutes drive away and well worth a visit. I will very likely be visiting again!
